AI advisory from a team that has already built it.
We built AI into our own products before we advised anyone on theirs. We help real estate firms choose a stack, set up Claude, Copilot or Gemini properly, and get agentic workflows adopted across the business.
What we advise on
- AI readiness audit and opportunity map
- Stack selection — Claude, Copilot, Gemini
- Agentic workflow design
- Governance, privacy and data handling
- Rollout, training and adoption
- Measurement and iteration
There is no shortage of AI advice. There is a serious shortage of advisors who have shipped anything. Most AI practices in the market were launched in the last eighteen months by firms whose consultants are learning the technology on your budget.
We came at it the other way around. Alkimi built AI into ElevateIQ and rePrecinct — retrieval over messy agency data, entity resolution across decades of duplicate records, agents reliable enough to put in front of paying users. We advise from that, not from a course.
Choosing the stack
Claude, Copilot and Gemini are genuinely different tools, and the right answer depends on your business, not on who has the best sales team. Copilot suits firms deep in the Microsoft estate where the value is in documents, email and Teams. Claude suits complex reasoning, document-heavy work and building custom agents. Gemini suits Google Workspace firms and heavy data work. Most firms end up with more than one, deliberately.
We don't resell licences and we take no vendor commissions. The recommendation is ours, it's in writing, and it includes the cases where you should buy something off the shelf rather than build anything.
- Assessment of your current systems, data and Microsoft or Google footprint
- Platform comparison against your actual workflows, not a generic feature matrix
- Licensing and cost modelling, including what you can stop paying for
- Architecture for how the tools connect to your CRM, documents and data
Agentic workflows
Buying licences is not a strategy. The value comes from identifying the handful of repeated, well-defined tasks in your business and building agentic workflows around them — enquiry triage, lease abstraction, report drafting, campaign copy, prospect matching.
We design those workflows and, when you want it, build them. That's the difference between advisory that ends in a document and advisory that ends in something working.
Almost no real estate firm has an AI problem. They have a data problem wearing an AI costume. We will tell you if that's the case before you spend money on tooling.
Adoption is the hard part
Most AI rollouts fail on adoption, not technology. Licences get issued, a few enthusiasts use them, everyone else carries on as before, and twelve months later the renewal looks hard to justify.
We treat adoption as part of the engagement. That means role-specific training rather than a generic session, prompt and workflow libraries built around your actual jobs, internal champions identified and supported, and usage measured so you can see what's landing and what isn't.
Governance and privacy
Property firms hold sensitive commercial information — vendor instructions, valuations, tenant covenants, campaign strategy. We set out where data goes under each platform, what the retention and training terms actually say, which workflows need human sign-off, and what should never leave your environment. Written down, so your risk committee has something to review.
How engagements run
A two-week paid audit first: your data, your systems, where the hours go. You get a written findings document, a ranked opportunity map and a stack recommendation — useful even if you never engage us again. From there, a fixed-scope pilot on the highest-value workflow, then scale once it's proven. You can stop at any stage.
We set up and advise across the major stacks.
Claude
Strong on complex reasoning, long documents and custom agent building. Where most of our own agentic work sits.
Copilot
The pragmatic choice for firms already deep in Microsoft 365 — documents, email, Teams and SharePoint.
Gemini
Suits Google Workspace firms and data-heavy analysis work, with strong integration into Sheets and Drive.
Straight answers.
Which AI platform should our agency use — Claude, Copilot or Gemini?
It depends on where your work already lives. Copilot is usually the pragmatic answer for firms deep in Microsoft 365. Claude suits document-heavy reasoning and custom agent building. Gemini fits Google Workspace firms and data-heavy analysis. Many firms deliberately run more than one. We assess your systems and workflows and put the recommendation in writing.
Do we have to commit to one platform?
No, and often you shouldn't. Different tasks suit different models, and locking into a single vendor early tends to cost more than it saves. We design the architecture so you can change your mind later without rebuilding everything.
Are you reselling licences?
No. We take no vendor commissions and do not resell, so the recommendation is independent. That includes telling you when an off-the-shelf tool beats anything custom we could build for you.
How do you handle data privacy and governance?
We document where data goes under each platform, what the retention and training terms actually say, which workflows require human sign-off and what should never leave your environment. It is written up so your risk committee has something concrete to review rather than a verbal assurance.
How do you drive adoption across the business?
Role-specific training rather than a single generic session, workflow and prompt libraries built around the jobs your people actually do, internal champions identified and supported, and usage measured so you can see what is landing. Adoption is where most rollouts fail and we treat it as part of the work.
What does the audit cover?
Two weeks, paid, fixed fee. We examine your data, your systems and where your team's hours go, then deliver a written findings document, a ranked opportunity map and a stack recommendation. It is designed to be useful on its own, whether or not you engage us afterwards.
