Alkimi Tech/Agency websites

Agency websites, built to be found.

We build real estate agency websites and implement the SEO strategy behind them — so individual buildings and agents rank, not just the homepage.

What's included

  • Website design and development
  • CRM and listing feed integration
  • Property schema and technical SEO
  • Local SEO for offices and agents
  • Content strategy and search targeting
  • Ongoing optimisation and reporting

A commercial agency website has one job: make your listings findable and your firm credible. Most fail at the first part, because the site and the search strategy were treated as two separate purchases from two separate suppliers.

We do both. The site is built on a search foundation from the first line of markup, and the SEO strategy is designed around the way your listings actually behave — high volume, short lifespan, constantly changing status.

What we build

  • Design and build — fast, accessible, and designed to make an established firm look established
  • Live CRM and listing feed integration — publish once; listings appear, update and retire on their own
  • Property schema markup — structured data on every listing so search engines understand the building, not just the page
  • Agent profiles and archives — sold and leased records that keep earning search traffic long after the campaign ends
  • Enquiry capture — routed into your CRM with the listing attached, not into a shared inbox
  • Self-serve editing — your marketing team changes content without raising a ticket

Because we also build CRM systems, the integration isn't guesswork. We have built the other side of that connection.

The SEO strategy

Ranking a commercial agency is a different problem to ranking a shopfront. Your inventory turns over constantly, your competitors are national brands with large domains, and your best search opportunities are specific — a suburb, an asset class, a size bracket — rather than generic.

Technical foundation

Clean semantic markup, Core Web Vitals performance budgets, crawl and indexation control, canonical handling for listings that appear in multiple categories, and a sitemap that updates as stock changes. This is the part that quietly decides whether anything else works.

Listing and location targeting

Category and location pages built to rank for the searches that actually convert — industrial leasing in a named corridor, office space in a given suburb, retail investment in a price bracket. Individual listings get structured data and internal linking so they surface while the campaign is live.

Local and agent visibility

Google Business Profile setup, location signals, citation consistency and agent-level pages, so your people rank on their own names — which is often how a vendor finds you in the first place.

Content and measurement

Market commentary and sold and leased evidence, targeted at real search demand rather than published for its own sake. Everything is measured in Search Console and analytics, and reported in terms of enquiries rather than impressions.

Migrating an existing site? Redirect mapping and rank protection are part of the build, not an afterthought. Losing established rankings at launch is the most common and most expensive agency website mistake.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does a real estate agency website cost?

It depends on listing volume, integrations and how much of the design is bespoke. We quote a fixed price after a scoping call rather than running an open-ended hourly engagement, so you know the number before anything starts.

How long does it take to build?

Six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch for a typical commercial agency site, covering design, build, CRM and listing feed integration, content migration, SEO setup and testing. Multiple offices or custom search functionality extends that, and we say so up front.

Do you do SEO on an ongoing basis or just at launch?

Both. The build includes the technical foundation, schema, local setup and initial targeting. Ongoing optimisation, content and reporting run as a monthly engagement, which is where the compounding results come from.

Will we lose our search rankings when we migrate?

Not if the migration is done properly. Redirect mapping, URL structure planning and rank monitoring are part of the build. Losing established rankings at launch is the most common agency website failure and it is entirely avoidable.

Does it work with our existing CRM?

In most cases yes — we integrate with the major real estate CRMs and listing feeds. Because we build CRM systems ourselves, we have worked on both sides of that connection. Tell us what you are on and we will confirm before quoting.

Can our marketing team edit the site themselves?

Yes. Content, agents, team pages and landing pages are all self-serve. Listings are the exception by design — those flow from your CRM so they cannot drift out of sync.

Let's look at your current site.
